Homebuyer Education Course F.A.Q.
Consumers planning on using OCHFA Financing Products, must attend an approved Homebuyer Education Course. Courses are offered Online or Classroom setting (in-person/ face-to-face). Please see below for approved list of counselor's - fees may apply.
Online Course
The Online Course allows consumers, to complete the required program/course at their own pace. Upon completion of this course/program, consumers will be able to print an Official Certification to demonstrate to lenders, their completion of the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Homebuyer Education Program.
