Frantz Dutes is the Interim Executive Director for the Orange County Housing Finance Authority (OCHFA). In this capacity, he ensures that the mission, goals, and objectives of the Authority are achieved by providing, leadership, direction, and financial management of the agencies resources. Before joining OCHFA, Frantz was the Assistant Manager for Orange County’s Department of Housing and Community Development where he was responsible for overseeing Affordable Housing Development and Community Development initiatives.

In addition to affordable housing Frantz’s professional experience includes Investment Banking for Bankers Trust, NA, and Economic Development for the City of Orlando. He has worked in the field of Community Development with an emphasis on Affordable Housing Finance, and Redevelopment for over 30 years and has been responsible for the development and implementation of several successful programs and partnerships.

Frantz earned a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College, and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a M.S. Degree in Business Administration. He also completed the Harvard University’s Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government. He is a Board Member for the National Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies and Florida Association of Local Housing Authorities.

Mr. Adetayo has more than 25+ years of experience in Public Housing and Housing Finance Agencies. Prior experience includes: CFO for the Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO).

Mr. Adetayo earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida and a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. He is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant from the State of Florida and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

To enhance his public housing knowledge and expertise, Mr. Adetayo has attended several industry best practices training seminars and conferences sponsored by industry giants such as NAHRO, Casterline Associates PC, Nan McKay & Associates, Novogradac & Company LLP, CVR Associates Inc., and HUD.
